The ๐ก๐š๐ฆ ๐ก๐จ๐œ๐ค, or known as ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐ค๐ง๐ฎ๐œ๐ค๐ฅ๐ž locally is a brilliant dish that deserves all the glory and maybe even a standing ovation - well done chef Doug, we are obsessed!

It is spiced and honey-glazed. A sticky glaze, that'll have you licking the corners of your mouth. It is smoked. Its meat pulls off the bone easily. Succulence awaits.
