January’s special is a comfort food classic, rich, savoury Toulouse sausages with smoked bacon and caramelised onion, blanketed with light-as-air Yorkshire pudding batter, and served with onion gravy. A true British staple by our Group Executive Sous Chef Doug himself! He enjoys pairing this hearty dish with a perfectly poured stout.
