Grass Fed Tenderloin (AUS) 200g
The tenderloin can be cut for either roasts or steaks. Lean and tender, with very little fat, this cut of beef is great for carpaccio, tartare, steaks, and whole roasts. The most tender cut on the cow.
Be sure to use plenty of salt and pepper, butter and herbs to really enjoy a full flavoured steak!
SERVING SUGGESTION: Our delicate tenderloins are lovely stuffed with exotic ingredients such as a Spanish-style mix of gently sautéed and seasoned spinach, pinenuts and raisins.
