Way back in 1913 in the beautiful Calabrian city of Pizzo, Giacinto Callipo began what was to become a decades-long tradition of harvesting and preserving premium quality fish. Since it's establishment Callipo has prided themselves on putting quality first which resulted in them being awarded the 'Licence of Official Supplier' by the Real Casa in 1926 which they hold to this day.
