Grass Fed Stir-fry Strips
Beautiful Australian grass-fed beef sirloin and flank steaks are hand-cut across the grain into strips perfect for stir-frying in a hot wok. While stir-frys might be quick and easy, there is a lot of prep work involved. Not only have we cut the beef for you, but we also washed the board and cleaned the knife! How very thoughtful of us.
We chose sirloin and flank as they are lean cuts with little sinew or connective tissue, but as prime cuts they are still very tender and suited to quick cooking. No stringy chewy strips here, just tender delicious meat.
