Pepe Saya has been making outstanding artisanal cultured butter in Australia since 2010. They use the finest local cream and traditional methods to make their truly delicious butter.
By heating this beautiful butter and separating out the solids Pepe Saya Ghee is created. Ghee has a wonderful brown-butter flavour but without the solids is not susceptible to burning. It has a very high smoke point making it fantastic for frying.190ml
