It all started in 1954, when Fernand BERNI, born in Italy, created a company selling meat goods and salting in Loisey (Meuse) to make up for the lack of Italian wholesalers in the region. Specialising in the production of traditional Italian products of high quality ‑ mortadella, pancetta, and coppa – the company quickly gained a good reputation.

Rosette Pur Porc is a cured saucisson or French pork sausage, made from the leg of pork and usually served in chunky slices.
