Step aside, duck fat, there’s a new sheriff in flavour-town. These beef fat potatoes are the product of a hybrid method of cooking somewhere between roasting and frying. They are a ‘sometimes food’ for sure, but sometimes you want to have something so delicious it’ll knock your socks off.
