Made with a base of Capi’s Dry Tonic, and infused with a blend of lemon aspen, Tasmanian mountain pepper and Mount Zero salt, this tonic perfectly ‘seasons’ your gin with its savoury elements. For a uniquely Australian cocktail, pair it with a gin from Four Pillars, their selection of Australian botanicals will be boosted by those in the tonic. Very classy.
The crafty kids at Capi set out with a simple mission: produce clean, natural, carbonated refreshments. In a world full of mass-production, they wanted to defy the norm through their craftsmanship, quality ingredients and outstanding drinks. Capi is proudly Australian made with all products produced in the lovely little town of Kyneton, Victoria. Everything in the range is free of all artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, using only the best natural ingredients.
