Celery (one bunch)
Crispy and crunchy, celery is said to take more calories to burn than it contains. While that may or may not be true, we love it nonetheless. An essential in soups, sauces and stocks it lends a balancing vegetal note. Also excellent raw, you can add it to salads with feta, tomato, olives… But if we’re really honest, we just fill it up with peanut butter like a sinking canoe and gobble it down.
Each bunch weighs approximately 700g
