"Number 47, your parma's ready" Time to pop up to the counter to grab your Chicken Parmigiana. An Australian pub staple with vaguely Italian origins, a crumbled and fried chicken breast topped with tomato sugo, mozzarella and parmesan, melted to perfection.

But this is Feather & Bone, we make it with top quality Australian chicken, house-made sugo and the absolute best cheeses, and send home a little Salsa Verde to help you lighten the affair just a bit. A simple staple that really lets the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. 

This one needs to go in the oven really. about 8 minutes at 180 should do the trick. The microwave is your last resort. Certainly best served with an Australian beer. Try Cooper's or a Cricketer's Larger
