Elegre Basil Pesto

Elegre takes fresh basil at the height of summer, and blends it with pine nuts, parmesan and olive oil to make the classic Italian sauce, Pesto. Delicious on an antipasto platter alongside some crusty Italian bread, on a pizza or bruschetta or stirred through pasta and topped with an extra drizzle of olive oil.
