Fox Gordon 'Princess' Fiano
The team at Fox Gordon obviously knew that Italian varietals were going to be the next big thing when they planted their Fiano vines in 2007. Seductive but not weighty, with aromas of white florals and tropical fruit. Rich mouthfeel and texture with a creamy ripeness and lively intensity.
Bouquet of lemon, pineapple, nectarine and grapefruit. In Italy it is said Fiano is reminiscent to 'Pesto in a bottle' and the Princess possesses pine nut, garlic and basil characters. There's nothing pretentious about this princess. Put it in the fridge and drink it this weekend because this stuff will sell out quicker than a Zara skirt worn by Princess Kate at the polo.
