Two Rib Eye Steaks & Wine
This pairing is a classic for good reason. Beef and red wine play so nicely together, as the tannins in the red help to ‘scrape’ the fat from the beef from your palate and intermingle for the very happiest of marriages.
Here we have paired two 250g Australian grass-fed rib eyes with our very own Nom De Plume Australian Shiraz. (What grows together goes together right?) All you have to do is whack the steaks on the grill, season liberally with black pepper to bring out the same pepperiness in the wine, pour two generous glasses and enjoy.
Hand cut to approximately 250 grams.
