Hip Sip Muscat
All Saint’s Hip Sip Muscat is a rich amber in colour. Aromas of raisins, candied peel and spice rise readily from the glass accompanied by notes of sweet butterscotch. The palate is intense showing the benefit of time in barrel with concentrated fruit and lovely balanced sweetness. The ageing process of a muscat is complete at time of bottling, that means it’s ready to go now. Pour us a glass won’t you?
In 1852, George Sutherland Smith and John Banks, at only 20 and 23 years of age, made the harrowing sea voyage from Scotland to Australia. There they set about establishing one of Australia’s very first wineries, and became the first Australian winemakers to win awards at an overseas wine show. Now run by the forth generation, Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown, continue the tradition of excellence, growing, making and selling fine wine, and making a mark on the future landscape of Australian winemaking domestically and overseas.
