The ultimate, classic BBQ dish, Head Butcher Jason coats these beautiful 'Spanish Iberico BBQ Pork Ribs' with his very own BBQ sauce. Already cooked to fall-off-the-bone perfection, all ready for you to wrap up in foil and warm up in the oven for 20 minutes at 180c.
Remove the foil then crack up the heat to the highest temperature until you're happy with the caramelisation (around 5 minutes at that high point). To make the meat go further, we recommend serving with wraps, pickled veg and extra BBQ sauce!
Delivery service is currently available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport.
All orders above $600 qualify for free delivery. You will be charged for nothing more than your groceries.
For orders under $600, a $100 delivery fee will be charged.
There is no fee for picking, packing or service.
