Kings Rib Eye Flavour Biltong
Biltong is made by curing, marinating and air-drying lean beef to create a filling, savoury snack that is unbeatably high in protein and low in carbohydrates. Only the leanest joints of British and Irish silverside beef are used to ensure a low-fat content, with any outer excess fat being removed before the joint is sliced into thick and juicy steaks.
Forged in the fires of British international sport by four rugby playing brothers in their quest for high protein, low-fat snacks to fuel their gruelling training sessions and games. After extensive research into curing and seasoning techniques, Kings was born, delivering on flavour, texture and nutrition alike.
