Peppers (or capsicum) are sweet and delicious when fresh, but with pickling or marinating they readily soak up flavours and become truly scrumptious. These organic grilled peppers and great on a pizza, tossed through pasta or served on an antipasti platter. Even in risotto actually. If you're making Italian food, throw a few peppers in.
