These beautiful tomatoes have been picked when they are at their ripest following a long summer of basking under the Italian sun. The sweetness already inherent in them is intensified with further assistance from the sun as they are slowly dehydrated. All that's left is a little seasoning, a little (ok, a lot of) oil then close the lid. You antipasti platter, pasta, pizza or pide are waiting.

Mr Organic started with a bespoke range of tomatoes, sauces and ketchups all produced in Pontinia, south of Rome. They now work closely with a host of farmers in the region who produce purely organic vegetables, fruits and grains which travel a very short journey before being processed. This means, beautiful Roman produce, picked and packed at the peak of its season, bottling up its freshness and vitality.
