Did you know the man who first discovered goji berries lived to be two hundred and fifty years old? That's pretty impressive in anyone's books. And, while that story may or may not be strictly true, we are certain that goji berries are a very healthy thing to eat regardless. They're rich in iron, copper and potassium, as well as protein and fibre, they're low in sugar and fat, and these are organic, gluten free and ok for vegans too.
With a subtle, tangy flavour, you can swing them sweet or savoury. Toss them through a salad with nuts, seeds and leaves, stir them through yoghurt, sprinkle them on your cereal. However you manage it, goji's are good to go.
