Oxo Chicken Stock Cubes
Roast a chicken or two, remove the meat, brown the carcass then boil for hours and hours and hours with carrot, onion, celery and bay, skim, strain, reduce, dehydrate. FINALLY!! You have made yourself a chicken stock cube.
