Aged for a minimum of 30 months, Parmigiano Reggiano-30 Months gives a stronger character than younger Parmesans, with a harder, crunchier consistency and a wonderful persistent fruit/nut taste.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Loved by adults and children alike, it can be grated onto stronger tasting sauces and is lovely in a salad, but try it on its own with an aged balsamic vinegar and a glass of fine wine. Pure gastronomic heaven!
