This dazzlingly creamy soft French cheese, similar to its (slightly) more well know cousin Cabecou. Picandou cheese has natural goaty flavour and it gets creamier and more intense the more it ripens.
The perfect size to crumble though a salad at lunchtime or stir through some ratatouille in the evening. A new addition to our cheese counter, we are quite excited to bring this one as it took a little bit of tactful negotiation to get the French to let them go!
