About 50 years ago, a group of locals met in a village pub in Clun, Shropshire, to think up a new business venture. Today, owners Robert & Fiona continue to create their world-class hand-blended stuffing mixes in the same village where it all started. 

We understand you can’t always make things from scratch - Hong Kong keeps us busy, so a quality ready-made stuffing is a cheeky little cooking hack we fully stand behind. Add the wild sage & roast onion stuffing to a beautiful piece of  pork belly - roll into a porchetta. The roast chestnut, cranberry & apple is great with roast chicken or turkey. The cranberry, orange & roast chestnut stuffing is a personal seasonal favourite. You can never go wrong with stuffing really, get creative we say!
