Smoked Mozerralla Croquettes with Chipotle Mayo
Crispy little snacks that are super moreish. Smoked mozzarella and leek rolled, crumbled and fried. Eaten straight out the deep fryer they are fantastic, and we have to say, that reheated in the oven they are just as good! These are a stunning starter that will be readily enjoyed before just about any main course!
You can heat them right in the black tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180. They'll be ok in the microwave, but they'll lose some of their crunch. Pour yourself a glass of Prosecco, dip into the chipotle mayo and enjoy!
