Good bread isn’t always so easy to come by in Hong Kong. Sometimes you have a hankering for something with a bit of bite, some real flavour, something to really get your teeth stuck into. Our fresh baked sourdough loaves will satisfy your craving.
Slice thickly and top with some cultured butter and leg ham, pop in the toaster and serve with sun ripened tomatoes and a good cracking of black pepper, or tear into chunks and toss in a pan with olive oil for show stopping croutons.
