Spaghetti & Meatballs
There is much happiness to be had from a plate of meatballs, a long-simmered sauce and a tangle of perfectly cooked spaghetti. They do take a bit of making though, we've gone through the process and will gladly furnish you with three of our stunning Lardo di Colonata and beef meatballs in tomato sugo, and the requisite spaghetti.
Add to a pan over low heat with a splash of water. Toss occasionally till hot, pour yourself a glass of Sangiovese and you're good to go. If you must, pop it in the microwave. 3-4 minutes should do it.
