Teriyaki Chicken


A steaming bowl of miso soup, some soft and fluffy steamed rice, and a plate of Teriyaki chicken. 

For really delicious teriyaki chicken the marinade needs time to penetrate into the meat. Luckily for you, we're the industrious, prepared sort of people who did remember to get the meat started 24 hours in advance. We'd advise you to cut these into cubes, thread onto skewers and grill for two minutes on all four sides. But, if you're really pressed for time, a hot pan with some neutral oil, pressing down hard and cooking for five mins each side will work nicely too.
