Strawberries (one punnet)
Popular the world over, strawberries with their lusciously juicy flesh make a delicious and guilt-free snack. Loaded with vitamin c fresh, ripe strawberries work just as well as an apple a day at keeping the doctor away! Slice them over your muesli, mix them through Greek yoghurt, blend them into a smoothie, douse them with whipped cream, even add them to a green salad. Do what you will, but make sure to eat your strawberries.
