FAB CHEESE CELLAR - CHEESE & BUBBLES CLASS
Attention, cheese & champagne lovers - this one’s for you! FAB CHEESE CELLAR returns - Cheese & Bubbles edition, on Wednesday, 25 Sept. ’24 at 7pm at Causeway Bay - in the new and improved private wine room. Journey from one part of the world to another this cheese class, hosted by fromage and Champagne expert Julien Morin. A fun, casual class where he’ll teach you that CHAMPAGNE and SPARKLING WINES also pair very well with different cheeses - this class featuring: Brillat-Savarin, St. Nectaire AOP, Long Clawson Stilton, Tomme de Savoie IGP and Mini Délice d’Argental Truffle.
