Iberian pigs are found only in the Iberian Peninsula in both Spain and Portugal. They’re old pigs, tracing back to over 12,000 years ago. Its meat is more flavourful, juicier and very distinctive. The acorn diet of these free-range pigs give the meat a particular flavour, you’ll almost taste a nutty flavour - very special, the richest pork there is.
