Quite impressive on the eye, it resembles a Native American axe - hence its name. The ultra-long trimmed bone gives it its unique flavour too. Our tomahawks are grain-fed and are flown in chilled (never frozen) from Australia. We recommend you sear on a grill on very high heat for about 3 - 4 minutes on each side, then finish it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Always let it rest before serving - about 15 minutes.
