This Chardonnay is a pale straw gold. Experience aromas of pear, rock melon and quince - a subtle oaky background too. On the palate it is complex, but has a softness to it - not overly buttery. Flavours are enhanced by the use of older oak, allowing the fruit to be expressed, giving it a good length with a refreshingly dry finish.
