This Pinot Noir is an intense deep red with a purple hue. Aromas of spice and dark cherry with subtle nuances of toasty oak - you’ll get wafts of mushroom and floral characters too. It’s elegant on the palate, vibrant, but refined. Firm silky tannins and well balanced use of oak adds another dimension to the wine. It is full-bodied, supporting a great length of flavour with a dry finish.
