Tohu wines from New Zealand are an award-winning Māori-ownded wine business, remaining true to deeply held values, which are rangatiratanga, kaitakitanga and manaakitange - excellence, guardianship and kindness. Not only are the wines fantastic, each bottle features a very distinct logo, derived from koru pattern. For the Māori, this symbolises growth, life and the natural world. For Tohu wines it signifies the growth of the company and the journey of its people.
This Pinot Noir features flavours of red and dark fruit. It’s a gorgeous bright ruby hue in the glass and displays aromatic layers of fruit and spicy florals with hints of crushed herbs. It’s smooth, you’ll taste bright cherry, red berries and a fine French oak. It’s mid-weight on the palate, refined with silky tannins, resulting in a long and elegant finish.
