Go on a wine blending journey led by Jock Auld, from Auld Family Wines, South Australia. An educational, fun and very interactive workshop where you won’t just learn about different drops of red, Jock’s vineyard and pairing, but a class where you get to blend your very own red wine - feel free to get competitive, Jock will reward the best blend! You’ll be bottling and labelling your wine, get creative with naming it too. The bottle is for you to take home, or to enjoy at dinner (at venues where dinner is served). During the class you’ll of course enjoy different reds, some charcuterie, cheese and a sausage platter too - to learn and appreciate wine & food pairing. You’ll be going home with a certificate too, like a real master wine blender - a Barossa Boss!
