Beef Wellington Masterclass

Our house-made Wellingtons have become a favourite around Hong Kong and you too can become a master in creating this signature of ours from scratch in a fun and relaxed ambiance. In this class you’ll prep for the beef tartare course of the dinner that follows after class, as well as making your own two beef Wellingtons - one to take home and one to enjoy at dinner. 
One of our expert butchers will guide you through trimming a stunning grass-fed tenderloin, which the chefs will then use to create your steak tartare starter. You’ll then move on to preparing an 800g Wellington (feeds 3 - 4 pax), which you’ll take home along with cooking instructions. The second one you’ll prepare is to indulge in with the rest of your classmates in the restaurant and…a small portion of this Welly will be going to the Chefs, to decide who has created THE best Welly of the night - a special prize included! 
Price: $1,750 / person.
Includes: Free-flow of house Prosecco, Three Butchers white, rosé and red wine, Three Butchers Lager (by Young Master Ales). Sit-down dinner with free-flow. Dinner (see below) and your Wellington to take home.
Menu: Freshly shucked oysters with mignonette, beef tartare (that you’ll help prep), beef Wellington with sides and gravy, as well as a house dessert.
