Pretty sure some of you out there are a little intimidated by the Beef Wellington, it looks so complicated doesn’t it?! If you book this class, one of our Master Butchers will guide you through the entire process and you’ll create a stunning centrepiece to take home with you, ready to pop into the oven any time. Class starts with trimming a beautiful Australian grass-fed ‘YG’ tenderloin. You’ll then use part of that prepare your steak tartare starter for the dinner afterwards (in Mid-Levels and Causeway Bay) and an individual portion for you to enjoy then as well. You’ll then move on to preparing a full-sized Wellington (feeds 4 - 6 people), which you’ll leave with afterwards along with a recipe card put together by our Chefs.
