I was a member of ‘Where’s The Food’ (WTF), how do I change to the new system and what happens to my existing points?
Don’t worry. All our existing members of WTF will automatically be transferred over to the new system. You will keep all your existing points and will be reflected in your account once you download the app. You do however need to download the FAB Rewards app to enjoy perks and rewards using the same email address used previously. WTF will no longer exist once FAB Rewards app has launched.
What happens if I was a member of 'Where's The Food' (WTF) but I don't want to download FAB Rewards and want to use up my existing points?
We understand that apps aren't for everyone. So should you not wish to download our new FAB Rewards App, you are allowed to redeem all your existing 'WTF' points. Please note, all points will be wiped from all systems once all points have been redeemed. Feather & Bone management reserves the right of final decision.
Where do I find this app?
You may download the app from the Apple Store or Google Store (for Android) as of 18 January 2021. You can click the Apple or Google store images above or scan the QR code on this page to direct you to the downlaod page. It's free to join!
What if I don’t want to install the app?
Unfortunately, perks and rewards can only be redeemed via the app.
How do I earn points?
You may earn points each time you dine or shop with us. You will earn 1 FAB point for every HK$1 dollar spent. For shopping, points may be earned both in-store and online.
Do points expire and would that affect my membership tier?
Yes, all points expire 12 months after they are earned.
No, it’s based on lifetime spend, which is the total points you have earned since you signed up.
Can I split my points with a friend?
Sorry no! All tables and orders may only have one redeemer.
How come my points didn’t increase after I spent?
It should be instant, but at times it may require you to go to ‘HOME’ and refresh your profile. From time to time it may take up to 24 hours to reflect. If it doesn’t, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and receipt and we will modify this in the back-end for you.
Can the same reward be redeemed more than once?
Yes, as long as you have the points required you may redeem this as often as you like.
Oh no, I’ve redeemed a reward already, but would like to change it to another reward. Can do?
Sorry, once reward has been redeemed it cannot be undone.
I accidentally topped up my e-wallet with the wrong value. Can I change this?
This can’t be done in-store. Please e-mail email@example.com and we’ll see if something can be arranged. No guarantees however.
Can I credit points into my husband’s / wife’s account instead?
Yes, but you will need access to his / her account.
I would like to send points to a friend, can do?
At the moment this can’t be done via the app. However, you may e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with all your details and your friend’s details and we can manually deduct from your account to top-up your friend’s account.
I’m leaving Hong Kong for a few months, how do I make sure some of my points don’t expire?
Please e-mail email@example.com and notify us. We’ll see what we can arrange on the back-end.
