Led by one of our Master Butchers, this sausage-making masterclass isn’t just fun, it is giggles all throughout - let’s face it, sausage puns and jokes are non-avoidable! With guidance, you’ll begin by butchering a large cut of on-the-bone pork shoulder which you’ll then grind in the sausage grinder before choosing your ingredients to mix in for the ultimate sausage recipe. Alternately we can provide suggestions and recipes for you as well. Get creative with a wide range of seasonings - beer, wine, paprika, sage, onion, chilli - the possibilities are endless. You’ll be casing 1kg of sausages yourself and leave a few on the side for you to enjoy at dinner afterwards (in Mid-Levels and Causeway Bay) where you get to compare yours against your friends’. Beer and house wine will flow freely during the class and good times are guaranteed. The butcher will help you to securely pack up your sausages for you to take home afterwards for a sausage fest like no other.
