A well balanced blend of whole spices perfect for pickled onions and chutneys. Ingredients: coriander seeds, yellow mustard seeds, crushed red chillies, ginger, bay leaves, allspice, black peppercorns and cassia. 

For the perfect infusion, add one tablespoon of Bart Picking Spice for every 600ml vinegar. It’s excellent for preserving lemons and pickling eggs.
