OP simply means Oven Prepared and is cut from the centre of a full rib - succulent and rich in flavour, the king of all steaks really! Juicier than a regular rib-eye as the bone adds to the flavour. From cattle in Australia raised on a grain-fed diet in quality conditions.
This is an excellent steak for a BBQ. Just make sure you grill until the temperature at the thickest part of the meat reaches55°C for medium-rare (recommended).
