If you love Nando’s sauces, you’ll definitely won’t be disappointed with these bags of spices. The peri-peri is a personal favourite of ours and is made with African Bird’s Eye Chilli, a hint of lemon, a bit of garlic and a pinch of herbs.
How to use Bag & Bake? It’s simple really. Place four chicken breasts (we recommend Lilydale Australian free-range chicken) in the bag, add the spice, fold the open edge of the bag twice and crease tightly. Shake it gently so the spice spreads. Preheat your oven to 190°C and place your bag onto a baking tray. Make sure the the bag isn’t touching the edges or heating elements of the oven - bag is flammable, so this is key. Let it cook for 30 minutes and there you have an easy meal to serve the family.
