Our chefs have really outdone themselves on this one. When this showstopper is first brought to the table, your guests will think it's the presentation that will impress them. You can see the picture, it's beautiful to behold. But it's really the flavour that will blow them away. By taking the finest quality salmon, meticulously deboning it, thoughtfully seasoning it with lemon and dill, then cooking it to perfection in an ornate pastry crust, our chefs have created a thing of beauty.
