The beef Wellington has become a signature of ours, so the butchers tried, tested and tasted something a little different - salmon en croûte or salmon wellington if you prefer a more English term. Quality Norwegian salmon fillet on the inside, seasoned, with fennel, dill and slices of lemon/lime/orange too. Like our beef Wellington, they’re beautifully wrapped in latticed pastry.
1) Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2) Place salmon en croûte on baking tray lined with parchment paper.
