The difference between regular prawns and tiger prawns is size. Tiger prawns are big and juicy. Ours are from Thailand and have a sweet, medium flavour, medium oiliness and firm flesh - translucent when raw and white to pink (with pinkish bands) when cooked.
Use for pastas, in seafood stews, in stir-fries, on their own as a main or through a salad - there are so many ways to enjoy these.
