Bresaola is air-dried, slated beef that’s usually aged about two or three months. It then becomes “hard” and turns a beautiful dark red. The cut is top-round - lean and tender. It has a slightly sweet, musty smell and tastes fresh and a little tangy even. Our Three Butchers charcuterie label is produced from quality meats in Australia. No need to feel guilty snacking on this as it’s low in fat and is very digestible. A great addition to a charcuterie board for all your party needs!
