Have you ever had Porchetta? If you haven’t, you’re really in for a treat. Our masterful butchers and chefs team up on this one to create a butterflied and rolled belly of pork filled with classic Italian seasonings such as thyme, fennel and garlic, tied up and ready for you to pop in the oven.  

The skin blisters and crackles as the fat renders throughout the meat flavouring and tenderising it and helping the spices permeate deeper into the meat. It is then ready to be sliced and served hot or cold. Amazing in sandwiches, the leftovers are just as important as the meal itself.
