As part of the FAB Festival of Australia we have been highlighting our favourite Aussie gin, Four Pillars Gin. From 26 Sep - 23 Oct, visit the Four Pillars Gin café pop-up at Causeway Bay. Enjoy specially created cocktails like The Best Bloody G+T, Olive Leaf Martini or The Aussie Ginger Mule ($88 per cocktail). We will also be launching as a first in Hong Kong, the Four Pillars Yuzu Gin!

Mr Alberto Aldave, Four Pillars Brand Ambassador will be hosting fun & interactive Gin Masterclasses, where you get to learn how to mix cocktails and get to try the different flavours of the gins ($200 per person).
