This November, we are hosting two special events, open to the public, with tantalising one-off menus that should not be missed!
In just a few days time on November 7 we’ll host another of our outrageously popular Sunday Roasts. One in Sai Ying Pun, and the other, a ‘grand opening’ of sorts to unveil the facelift of our Happy Valley dining room.
A three course sit down lunch served family style featuring a 21-day dry-aged Wagyu Rump roasted to perfection as the pinnacle of the meal. $380 per person and $190 for kids with an optional free flow package for $288.
If you’ve missed the memo on Beef Wellington, it is a feat of culinary skill that few take the time to master. A perfectly trimmed beef tenderloin wrapped in concentric layers of mustard, crêpes, mushroom truffle duxelles, and finally with a golden ornate puff pastry crust, baked to blushing pink perfection.
To celebrate the wonders of the ‘Welly’ we’re hosting a special Beef Wellington dinner at Lee Gardens and Tsuen Wan West restaurants. The event will be on November 17 and as the Wellingtons are made to be shared between two, so is the price. It’ll be $698 for two people, and a carafe of our very own Three Butcher’s Shiraz will be just $158 on the night, and just happens to be the perfect match for the stunning Wellington.
